Cake Mix Butter-Pecan Cookies

These are a quick fix when you want a rich, buttery treat. Serve with pralines, caramel, and/or creamy vanilla ice cream for an interesting take on the ice cream sundae.

Ingredients

  • 1 box (18.25 oz.) butter pecan cake mix
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp. water

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  • Combine ingredients and mix to form an even batter. Drop by spoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden and set.
  • Let cool on cookie sheet for 5 minutes. Remove to wire rack to cool completely.
