Ingredients

  • 1 large plain bagel
  • 2 Tbsp. fat-free cream cheese
  • 2 thick slices tomato
  • 2 slices red onion
  • ¼ cup sprouts
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ¼ ground black pepper

Directions

  • Split and toast bagel. Spread 1 tablespoon cream cheese on each cut half. Top each half with 1 slice of tomato, sliced red onion, and sprouts. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
