- 1 large plain bagel
- 2 Tbsp. fat-free cream cheese
- 2 thick slices tomato

- ¼ cup sprouts

- Split and toast bagel. Spread 1 tablespoon cream cheese on each cut half. Top each half with 1 slice of tomato, sliced red onion, and sprouts. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
