Camomile Tea

This soothing and delicious tea will help you relax and can soothe an upset stomach.

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp. dried camomile
  • 1½ cups water
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 wedge lemon

Directions

  • Heat the camomile and water in a medium pot until it boils. Reduce the heat to medium, and simmer for 30 seconds. Take the pot off the heat, and allow tea to steep for 5 minutes.
  • Pour the tea through a strainer into a cup. Add the honey and serve it hot with a wedge of lemon.
