This soothing and delicious tea will help you relax and can soothe an upset stomach.

- 1 tsp. dried camomile
- 1½ cups water
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 wedge lemon
- Heat the camomile and water in a medium pot until it boils. Reduce the heat to medium, and simmer for 30 seconds. Take the pot off the heat, and allow tea to steep for 5 minutes.
- Pour the tea through a strainer into a cup. Add the honey and serve it hot with a wedge of lemon.
