Candied Spiced Pecans
Whether it’s for snack time or to sprinkle over a salad, these sweet pecans are sure to deliver.

- 3 cups pecan halves
- 1 egg white
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1⁄4 tsp. cayenne
- 1 cup honey
- Place pecans in a 2-quart or smaller slow cooker, add egg white, and stir until evenly coated.
- In a small bowl, stir the cinnamon, cayenne, and honey together and pour mixture over pecans, stirring until evenly coated. Cover and cook on low for 3 hours, stirring every hour.
- Uncover slow cooker, stir, and cook uncovered another 45 minutes, until pecans are dry. Cool and store in airtight container.
