Cantaloupe Yogurt Bowl

Bright and simple, this bowl is ideal for breakfast, and makes a perfect post-workout snack. For added protein, stir 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder into the yogurt before prepping the bowl.

  • ½ medium cantaloupe, seeds removed
  • ⅔ cup vanilla or coconut yogurt
  • ½ cup fresh berries
  • ½ cup sliced kiwi
  • 3 Tbsp. granola
  • 1 tsp. chia seeds


  • Fill cantaloupe with yogurt. Top with berries, kiwi, granola, and chia seeds.
