These delicious mushrooms are made with coconut aminos, a soy sauce alternative made with coconut sap. You can buy it at some supermarket, health food stores, and online.

- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lb. button mushrooms, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. coconut aminos
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 3 minutes.
- Add mushrooms and coconut aminos, stirring to coat evenly. Cook the mushrooms about 4 minutes, allowing them to start to caramelize. Do not stir during this time.
- Stir once and continue to cook another 5 minutes or until mushrooms reach desired doneness.
