These are wonderful on salads and as a garnish for roasts and stews.

- 3 large Vidalia or other sweet onions, peeled and sliced
- 1 Tbsp. avocado oil
- Place the onions in a large frying pan with oil. Over very low heat, sauté for 20 minutes or until onions are browned but not burned.
