Carob Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie
Yummy enough for a dessert, but healthy enough for breakfast, this smoothie is also a great protein boost after a sweaty workout at the gym. Use cocoa powder if you don’t have any carob.

- 8 ice cubes
- 2 medium bananas, peeled
- 2 Tbsp. peanut butter
- 2 Tbsp. carob powder
- 1 cup soy milk
- Blend together all ingredients until smooth.
