- 2 large carrots, peeled and chopped
- 1⁄2 tsp. sesame oil
- 2 tsp. orange juice
- 2 tsp. maple syrup
- 1⁄2 tsp. freshly grated ginger root
- 1⁄4 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1⁄4 tsp. salt
- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender or food processor and process until smooth and creamy. Add water, 1 tablespoon at a time, to achieve desired consistency.
