Carrot Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 large carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 1⁄2 tsp. sesame oil
  • 2 tsp. orange juice
  • 2 tsp. maple syrup
  • 1⁄2 tsp. freshly grated ginger root
  • 1⁄4 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1⁄4 tsp. salt

Directions

  • Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender or food processor and process until smooth and creamy. Add water, 1 tablespoon at a time, to achieve desired consistency.
