Carrot Pineapple Ginger Juice

  • 2 cups pineapple chunks
  • 1 large carrot, peeled and chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. freshly grated gingerroot
  • 1⁄2 tsp. cayenne pepper


  • Add all ingredients to a juicer or food processor. Blend well and strain through a sieve. Serve in glasses.
