Carrot Yogurt Smoothie
The fruit juices will sweeten this smoothie, so you’ll have all the benefits of carrot while still enjoying a tasty treat.

- 5 large carrots
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1⁄4 cup orange juice
- 1⁄2 cup nonfat yogurt
- In a blender or food processor grate the carrots. Separate the grated carrot from the juice using a fine strainer. Reserve the juice.
- Place the grated carrot, lemon juice, orange juice, and yogurt in a blender and blend until smooth. Blend in the reserved carrot juice. Pour into a tall glass.
