Carrots with Orange-Honey Glaze

Honey and orange highlights the natural sweetness of carrots. This easy dish is the perfect side for roast chicken.

  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 4 Tbsp. honey
  • 2 pounds small or baby carrots, peeled and trimmed
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • ½ tsp. salt


  • Bring the orange juice to a boil in a large skillet. Add the honey and oil. Add the carrots and return to a simmer. Turn the heat to low.
  • Simmer for 30 minutes, until the liquid is almost absorbed and the carrots are tender. Serve with salt.
