- 1 cup cashews, soaked overnight
- ½ cup avocado
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- ½ tsp. kosher salt
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- ½ tsp. apple cider vinegar
- ½ cup water
- Blend all ingredients, except the water, in a blender or food processor until creamy. Gradually add just enough water to help the ingredients blend.
