Cashew-Garlic Ranch Dressing
This creamy dressing has just the right blend of spicy and sweet to be delicious with most salads.

- 1⁄4 cup raw cashews
- 1⁄2 cup water
- 1⁄2 tsp. stone-ground mustard
- 1⁄2 tsp. chili sauce
- 1⁄2 tsp. prepared horseradish
- 1 tsp. tamari sauce
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 1⁄2 tsp. honey
- 1⁄8 tsp. curry powder
- Process the cashews and water together in a blender or food processor until creamy. Add mustard, chili sauce, horseradish, tamari, garlic, and honey; mix well. Pour into a small bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Add curry powder before serving.
