Cashew-Garlic Ranch Dressing

This creamy dressing has just the right blend of spicy and sweet to be delicious with most salads.

  • ¼ cup raw cashews
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ tsp. stone-ground mustard
  • ½ tsp. chili sauce
  • ½ tsp. prepared horseradish
  • 1 tsp. tamari sauce
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1½ tsp. honey
  • ⅛ tsp. curry powder


  • Process the cashews and water together in a blender or food processor until creamy. Add mustard, chili sauce, horseradish, tamari, garlic, and honey; mix well. Pour into a small bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Add curry powder before serving.
