Cashew “Sour Cream”
This is delicious served with wraps, sandwiches, taco salad, collard wraps, and chile con carne. To achieve a more tart flavor, the blended cream can be mixed with 1 tablespoon miso or 1⁄2 teaspoon probiotic powder. Let the cream sit at room temperature for 6 to 8 hours.

- 1 cup cashews, soaked overnight
- 1 cup water
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1⁄2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1⁄2 tsp. onion powder
- In a food processor or high-powered blender, blend all ingredients into a thick and smooth cream. Add a little more water if needed.
