Cashew “Sour Cream”

This is delicious served with wraps, sandwiches, taco salad, collard wraps, and chile con carne. To achieve a more tart flavor, the blended cream can be mixed with 1 tablespoon miso or 1/2 teaspoon probiotic powder. Let the cream sit at room temperature for 6 to 8 hours.
