- 1 lb. cauliflower florets, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, peeled and chopped
- ⅔ cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 Tbsp. whole milk
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- Simmer cauliflower, garlic, broth, and salt in a saucepan, covered, for 15 minutes, until tender.
- Transfer cauliflower mixture to a food processor or blender. Add milk and butter.
- Blend until smooth.
