- 1 bulb celeriac, peeled and coarsely grated
- 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
- Pinch dried thyme
- ½ tsp. kosher salt
- ½ tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tsp. ground mustard
- ½ tsp. coriander seeds
- Place the celeriac in a bowl. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, vinegar, thyme, salt, pepper, mustard, and coriander seeds. Pour over the celeriac and toss to coat.
