  • 5 stalks celery, with leaves
  • 12 asparagus stalks, woody ends removed
  • ¼ cup mint leaves


  • Process the celery through an electronic juicer according to the manufacturer’s directions
  • Add the asparagus, followed by the mint.
  • Mix the juice to combine the ingredients and serve as is or over ice.
