Ingredients

  • 1 cup arugula
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 1 medium green tomato
  • ½ red bell pepper, cored with ribs intact
  • 1 medium green onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ⅛ cup parsley
  • 2 cups purified water

Directions

  • Place arugula, celery, tomato, red pepper, onion, garlic, parsley, and 1 cup water in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
  • Add remaining 1 cup water, as needed, while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
