Champagne-Marinated Summer Berries
Add the Sucralose sweetener pinch by pinch until you determine the natural sweetness of the berries.

- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and cut in half
- 1 cup raspberries
- ½ cup red currants
- ½ cup blackberries
- 1 packet Sucralose sweetener
- ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup chilled champagne
- Mix all the berries in a glass bowl and sprinkle them with the Sucralose sweetener and half of the lemon juice; set aside for 10 minutes.
- To serve, spoon the fruit into glass dishes or champagne coups. At the table, pour the chilled champagne over the fruit.
