Champagne-Marinated Summer Berries

Add the Sucralose sweetener pinch by pinch until you determine the natural sweetness of the berries.

  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and cut in half
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • ½ cup red currants
  • ½ cup blackberries
  • 1 packet Sucralose sweetener
  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup chilled champagne


  • Mix all the berries in a glass bowl and sprinkle them with the Sucralose sweetener and half of the lemon juice; set aside for 10 minutes.
  • To serve, spoon the fruit into glass dishes or champagne coups. At the table, pour the chilled champagne over the fruit.
