Cheesy Wonton Quesadillas

Ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup butter, melted
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 30 round wonton wrappers
- 2 cups Mexican blend cheese, shredded
- Marinara sauce, to serve
Directions
- butter, melted Heat a skillet or griddle to medium. Brush one side of each wrapper with butter mixture, then spread cheese over one half of each wrapper. Fold the wrapper in half over the filling.
- Spray skillet or griddle with nonstick cooking spray. Cook quesadillas until browned, about 1-2 minutes. Flip and continue cooking until browned on the other side, about 1-2 minutes. Repeat with remaining quesadillas.
- Serve with marinara sauce and refrigerate leftovers.
