  • 2 cups cherries, pitted
  • 2 cups pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup organic apple juice, not from concentrate
  • 1 cup ice


  • Combine the cherries, pineapple, ½ cup apple juice, and ½ cup of the ice in a blender, and blend until thoroughly combined.
  • Add remaining apple juice and ice while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
