A semifrozen concoction of crystallized juice and fruit, these slushies are pure refreshment.

- 1½ cups fresh pitted cherries, coarsely chopped
- 4 cups 100% fruit juice
- Place the cherries in an 8" square baking pan.
- Pour in juice of your choice and cover tightly with plastic wrap. Carefully place in freezer for approximately 3 hours.
- Remove from freezer and scrape/ladle into 4 glasses. Serve immediately.
