- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 2 cups pitted cherries
- 1 large apple, cored and peeled
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 cups water
- Combine spinach, cherries, apple, vanilla, and 1 cup water in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Add remaining 1 cup water and blend again until all ingredients are well incorporated. Serve.
