Cherry Vanilla Milkshake
This recipe is one for the serious doubters who don’t believe a child will consume greens blended in a smoothie. Vitamin-rich spinach, vibrant cherries, sweet banana, and vanilla bean combine with creamy kefir for a cherry vanilla milkshake!

- 2 cups pitted cherries
- 1 medium banana, peeled
- Pulp of 1½ vanilla beans
- 2 cups vanilla kefir
- 1 cup ice
- Place cherries, banana, vanilla, and 1 cup kefir in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
- Add remaining kefir and ice while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
