Chicken Burgers with Chipotle Aioli

The best part of biting into this flavorful burger is the kick of the chipotle aioli!

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup Hellmann’s Mayonnaise
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 1 chipotle pepper chopped with 1 Tbsp. adobo sauce (from a 7 oz. can)
- 1 1⁄2 pounds Ground Chicken
- 1⁄2 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons Weber Roasted Garlic Herb Seasoning
- 4 Private Selection Buns
- 4 romaine leaves
- 4 slices tomato (from 1 fresh tomato)
- 1 avocado, seeded, peeled and thinly sliced
Directions
- Mix mayonnaise, garlic and chipotle in small bowl. Set aside.
- Mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs and seasoning in bowl. Cover and refrigerator for 15 minutes. Remove and divide into 4 patties.
- In grill-pan over medium-high heat, place burgers, heat 8-12 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. If using grill, lightly brush rack with oil. Turn grill on medium and cook for 8-12 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Top the bottom half of each bun with romaine, chicken burger, chipotle aioli, tomato, avocado slices and bun top.
- Refrigerate leftovers.
