Chicken and Grape Salad
This is a great recipe to use up leftover chicken. Serve with a glass of chilled chardonnay for a perfect pairing.

- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, cut into small cubes
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 cup seedless green and red grapes, halved
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- ½ tsp. salt
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Mixed greens
- Combine all the ingredients except the mixed greens in a medium-size mixing bowl; toss well. Serve chilled over a bed of the mixed greens.
