Chicken and Grape Salad

This is a great recipe to use up leftover chicken. Serve with a glass of chilled chardonnay for a perfect pairing.

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, cut into small cubes
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 cup seedless green and red grapes, halved
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1⁄2 tsp. salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Mixed greens


  • Combine all the ingredients except the mixed greens in a medium-size mixing bowl; toss well. Serve chilled over a bed of the mixed greens.
