Traditional burritos are loaded with rice. But with little nutritional value and lots of calories, rice is not the best idea for those in search of a flatter belly.

- 1 small flour tortilla
- ½ grilled chicken breast
- 1 tsp. minced white onion
- 2 tsp. salsa
- 1 Tbsp. shredded fat-free Cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup shredded romaine lettuce
- Place tortilla flat on a plate. Slice chicken breast. Pile remaining ingredients in the center of the tortilla. Roll tortilla up burrito style.
