Chicken Wrap

Traditional burritos are loaded with rice. But with little nutritional value and lots of calories, rice is not the best idea for those in search of a flatter belly.

  • 1 small flour tortilla
  • ½ grilled chicken breast
  • 1 tsp. minced white onion
  • 2 tsp. salsa
  • 1 Tbsp. shredded fat-free Cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup shredded romaine lettuce


  • Place tortilla flat on a plate. Slice chicken breast. Pile remaining ingredients in the center of the tortilla. Roll tortilla up burrito style.
