Chili Dog Panini
This is a great way to use leftover chili. Use a hardy roll works best to hold the chili inside the panini.

- 2 hot dogs
- 1 hard roll, split lengthwise
- ¼ cup chili, warmed
- Preheat the panini press. Cook hot dogs on panini press for 3–5 minutes. Place in the rolls and cover with chili. Place on panini press, close lid, and cook for 2–4 minutes.
- Remove from press and serve warm.
