Chili Dog Panini
This is a great way to use leftover chili. Use a hardy roll works best to hold the chili inside the panini.

- 2 hot dogs
- 1 hard roll, split lengthwise
- 1⁄4 cup chili, warmed
- Preheat the panini press. Cook hot dogs on panini press for 3 to 5 minutes. Place in the rolls and cover with chili. Place on panini press, close lid, and cook for 2–4 minutes.
- Remove from press and serve warm.
