Ingredients

  • 3 medium avocados, peeled and pitted
  • ½ cup white wine
  • ¾ cup chicken stock
  • 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Generous dash of hot sauce
  • Cilantro for garnish

Directions

  • Combine the ingredients in the work bowl of a food processor or blender until smooth.
  • Chill 1 hour or more and garnish with fresh herbs as desired.
