Chilled Avocado Soup

- 3 medium avocados, peeled and pitted
- 1⁄2 cup white wine
- 3⁄4 cup chicken stock
- 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
- 1 cup sour cream
- Generous dash of hot sauce
- Cilantro for garnish
- Combine the ingredients in the work bowl of a food processor or blender until smooth.
- Chill 1 hour or more and garnish with fresh herbs as desired.
