Chilled Lobster Salad

- 2 cups baby mixed salad greens
- 1 cooked and shelled lobster, chilled
- ¼ cup white wine vinaigrette
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 5 chopped fresh basil leaves
- Toss greens and lobster meat with vinaigrette, divide evenly, and arrange on plates.
- Mix together mayonnaise and basil. Spoon mayonnaise mixture onto plates for dipping.
