- 1⁄2 cup olive oil
- 3⁄4 cup sherry vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. paprika
- 1 Tbsp. cayenne pepper
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1⁄4 cup diced red onion
- 2 tsp. dried oregano
- 2 bay leaves, broken in several pieces
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- Combine all the ingredients in a glass bowl and mix well.
