Chinese New Year Cookies
Salted cashews or macadamia nuts can easily be substituted for the peanuts if you like them better.

- 6 oz. chocolate chips
- 6 oz. caramels
- 3 oz. chow mein noodles
- 1 cup salted peanuts
- Line a baking sheet with waxed paper.
- Melt chocolate chips and caramels, stirring constantly. Add chow mein noodles and nuts.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls on prepared baking sheet and chill for at least 1 hour.
