This spicy mayo makes a great addition to sandwiches and burgers. You can easily double or triple this recipe, and feel free to use low-fat mayo or sour cream.

- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 chipotle chilies, finely chopped
- ⅛ tsp. dried oregano
- In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise and sour cream.
- Add the chopped chilies and the oregano. Stir until well blended.
- Cover and refrigerate. Let it chill for at least an hour before use so the flavors can come together.
