Choco-Cherry Cake

  • 1 box (18.25 oz.) chocolate cake mix
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 can (15 oz.) cherry pie filling
  • 1 quart vanilla ice cream
  • 2 cups chocolate syrup


  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Combine cake mix, eggs, and pie filling in a large mixing bowl. Pour batter into a 9-by-13-inch baking dish. Bake for 45 minutes. Serve warm with a scoop of ice cream and a drizzle of syrup.
