Chocolate Chia Pudding
Youʼd never even know that thereʼs no dairy, no eggs, and no thickening agents added to this delicious pudding. The all-natural ingredients make this pudding the best youʼve ever had!

- 3⁄4 cup chia seeds
- 2 cups sweetened almond milk
- 1⁄2 cup powdered carob
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp. agave nectar
- In a large glass bowl, combine the chia seeds, almond milk, powdered carob, and vanilla. Pour the mixture into a blender or food processor container, and blend until the pudding is emulsified and thick, and no bits remain.
- Add the agave nectar, a teaspoon at a time, while blending until desired sweetness is achieved.
- Refrigerate 8 hours until set.
