Chocolate Coffee Smoothie
You can use coffee-flavored extract or an all-natural coffee-flavored liquid stevia in place of the instant coffee granules in this recipe without compromising any flavor.

- 1 cup unsweetened rice milk
- 1 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 cups ice
- 2 tsp. instant coffee granules
- 2 or 3 drops liquid stevia
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
