  • 1 can (29 oz.) organic pumpkin purée
  • 1 box (16.4 oz.) dairy- and egg-free organic chocolate cake mix


  • Preheat oven according to cake mix instructions. Line muffin tins with paper baking cups.
  • Blend pumpkin purée into cake mix. Pour into muffin tins. Bake according to cake mix instructions for muffins.
