Chocolate Rice Pudding

  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1⁄2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1⁄2 cup marshmallow creme
  • 1 cup chocolate syrup


  • In a saucepan, combine the rice, milk, and salt and bring to a simmer. Simmer for about 15 minutes, or until thick and creamy. Remove from the heat, add the vanilla, and let cool.
  • Fold marshmallow creme and chocolate syrup into the rice mixture. Spoon into dessert dishes. Serve warm or cold.
