Chocolate sherbet is a wonderful way to get a chocolate fix without the effort of making full-on ice cream. Just quickly combine and enjoy!

- 1¼ cups sugar
- 1 cup water
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ¾ cup Dutch-processed cocoa powder
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender, and purée until very smooth.
- Refrigerate until thoroughly chilled.
- Add to ice cream maker and follow manufacturer’s instructions for freezing.
