Chocolate Sherbet

Chocolate sherbet is a wonderful way to get a chocolate fix without the effort of making full-on ice cream. Just quickly combine and enjoy!

  • 1¼ cups sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ¾ cup Dutch-processed cocoa powder
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract


  • Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender, and purée until very smooth.
  • Refrigerate until thoroughly chilled.
  • Add to ice cream maker and follow manufacturer’s instructions for freezing.
