Ingredients
- 1 cup romaine lettuce
- 2 Tbsp. carob powder
- 3 bananas, peeled
- 1 vanilla bean, split and seeds scraped out
- 1 cup vanilla kefir
- 1 cup ice
Directions
- Place romaine, carob powder, bananas, vanilla seeds, and kefir in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
- Add ice as needed while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
