- 1½ cups chopped cilantro
- 1½ cups chopped mint leaves
- 1 small white onion, peeled and quartered
- 1 small serrano chili, seeded and chopped
- 1½ Tbsp. tamarind juice concentrate
- ½ Tbsp. salt
- ¼ cup water
- Place all the ingredients in a food processor. Pulse until the ingredients have broken down into a thick sauce. Use within the same day.
