Cilantro-Mint Chutney

Try using this herbaceous chutney alongside lamb dishes or curries.

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups chopped cilantro
  • 1½ cups chopped mint leaves
  • 1 small white onion, peeled and quartered
  • 1 small serrano chili, seeded and chopped
  • 1½ Tbsp. tamarind juice concentrate
  • ½ Tbsp. salt
  • ¼ cup water

Directions

  • Place all the ingredients in a food processor. Pulse until the ingredients have broken down into a thick sauce. Use within the same day.
