Cinnamon Chia Protein Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1⁄4 cup honey
  • 2 cups old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1⁄2 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1⁄2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon salt

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients together until well blended. Using a 2 tablespoon cookie scoop, form mixture into balls, rolling between hands to smooth.
  • Keep refrigerated until serving.
