Cinnamon-Infused Coffee

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 cups freshly brewed coffee
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon powder


  • In a small pot, boil 1 cup water with the cinnamon stick. Let cook for about 10 minutes, until the water is light brown in color, and the water content has reduced almost by half.
  • Combine the brewed coffee and the cinnamon-infused water.
