Make these nuts the next time you are in need of a sweet treat. They are also amazing sprinkled over a bowl of ice cream.

- 1 1⁄2 cups walnuts
- 1⁄4 cup sugar
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 tsp. coconut oil
- Combine all the ingredients and place in a greased 2 1⁄2-quart slow cooker.
- Cover slow cooker and vent lid with a chopstick or the handle of a wooden spoon. Cook on low for 4 hours.
- Pour walnut mixture out onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Allow to cool and dry and then transfer to a container with an airtight lid.
