Cinnamon Yogurt Dip with Apples

  • 1⁄2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp. Splenda
  • 1⁄2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 medium apple, cored and sliced


  • Mix the yogurt, Splenda, and cinnamon in a small bowl. Chill for 20 minutes.
  • Serve dip with apple slices.
