Cinnamon Yogurt Dip with Apples
Apples dipped in a slightly sweet dip make a healthy snack you can enjoy anytime. Try the dip with grapes, berries, or crisp pears.

- 1⁄2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 2 tsp. Splenda
- 1⁄2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 medium apple, cored and sliced
- Mix the yogurt, Splenda, and cinnamon in a small bowl. Chill for 20 minutes.
- Serve dip with apple slices.
