Citrus Dipping Sauce for Shrimp and Oysters
One of the best things about this sauce is its versatility. You can use it with fried scallops, cold seafood, or chicken.

- ½ cup orange marmalade
- ¼ cup wheat-free soy sauce
- ¾ cup fresh orange juice
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. honey
- Juice of ½ lime
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 1" piece gingerroot, peeled and minced
- ½ tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. ground black pepper
- Place all ingredients in a saucepan and boil until well blended. Cool and store in the refrigerator.
