Citrus Dipping Sauce for Shrimp and Oysters

Ingredients

  • ½ cup orange marmalade
  • ¼ cup wheat-free soy sauce
  • ¾ cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1" piece gingerroot, peeled and minced
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. ground black pepper

Directions

  • Place all ingredients in a saucepan and boil until well blended. Cool and store in the refrigerator.
