Citrus-Parsley Green Smoothie
The combination of citrus fruits in this smoothie will give you the nutrients you need after a great workout.

- 1 cup parsley leaves
- ½ pineapple, peeled and cored
- ½ red grapefruit, peeled
- 1 tangerine, peeled and pit removed
- ½ lemon, peeled
- ½ lime, peeled
- 1 cup purified water
- Place parsley, pineapple, grapefruit, tangerine, lemon, lime, and ½ cup water in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
- Add remaining ½ cup water as needed while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
