Citrus-Parsley Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup parsley leaves
  • ½ pineapple, peeled and cored
  • ½ red grapefruit, peeled
  • 1 tangerine, peeled and pit removed
  • ½ lemon, peeled
  • ½ lime, peeled
  • 1 cup purified water

Directions

  • Place parsley, pineapple, grapefruit, tangerine, lemon, lime, and ½ cup water in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
  • Add remaining ½ cup water as needed while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
