Classic BLT

Not a fan of tomato? Try substituting finely chopped red pepper. For extra flavor, mix a few pieces of finely chopped red onion with the mayonnaise.

  • 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 2 slices bread, toasted
  • 2 slices bacon, cooked and cut into 3-inch strips
  • 4 slices tomato
  • 2 lettuce leaves, broken into bite-sized pieces


  • Spread the mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread. Lay the bacon strips horizontally on 1 slice of bread on top of the mayonnaise. Lay the tomato slices on top, and then the lettuce. Close the sandwich and cut in half.
