Classic Red Tomato Salsa
Once you see how simple it is to make this homemade salsa, you will never want to buy the store-bought variety again! Serve with baked corn tortilla chips.

- 6 large, ripe, juicy red tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 jalapeño peppers, cored, seeded, and chopped
- 1⁄2 cup minced sweet white onion
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1⁄2 cup minced cilantro
- Place all the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until well blended. Do not purée. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
